To book, let us know your guest count, date, location, and available utilities. Is the event prepaid or self-pay? If self-pay, will there be any free food or drinks? Some trucks will request a minimum sales guarantee.

Browse our food truck members using the dropdown list and complete our free “Check Availability” form online. Select the trucks you'd like a quote from—we recommend one truck per 300 guests. DFTA offers savory food, drink, and dessert options!
3. Book your favorite food truck or two!
Review your catering quotes, find your match, and confirm the truck. Some trucks may require a deposit to hold your date and/or may have minimums. Does your city require a mobile vendor permit? DFTA members have their health permit, insurance, and food safety training.
4. Leave the catering service to us!
