About Us

We are Paul and Gina and we own Lilia's Outside Cafe Food Truck for the last 7 years!! What a ride it has been!! We are so grateful to the late Chef Paul Miracle who we bought Lilia's Outside Cafe from. We soon became great friends with him and his sweet wife Barbara. Chef Paul worked with us and shared his passion with us until it became ours. He has since passed from ALS and we will never forget our great friend. We will remember his helpfulness, willingness, and larger than life personality that we grew to love. He was awesome!! We continued on with the name Lilia's Outside Cafe in honor of him and what he created. We have added and changed a few things but his foundation is still very much alive in Lilia's Outside Cafe. Lilia's is now a family run company with our 2 sons running the show. They have gone on to win 3 awards and we are very proud of them!! Our expansive menu is all things food truck serving pork, chicken and steak burger sandwiches, specialty tacos, gourmet salads and loaded fries!! We hope to continue bringing the food, fun and great customer service for a very long time!
