Cindy Hall and Jeff Clouse, longtime partners and Dayton natives, launched Wrappin and Rollin in 2017 with a simple goal: serve fresh & homemade food. Nearly a decade later, they’re still rolling strong, focusing on consistent service, handcrafted wraps, and a sense of community to every stop. Whether they’re parked at a local festival, business, or neighborhood hangout, they love connecting with new people. One bite in, and you’ll see why many call them the best wraps in town!
