About Us
George started barbecuing at a very young age as he watched and learned from his father. His father was known as the BBQ guy in the neighborhood as he would barbecue year-round no matter what the weather condition.
George barbecue his first pork spare rib at young tender age of 9 years old. One Friday evening as his parents was known for coming home late on Fridays, his siblings and him as getting hungry. So, he fired up the grill knowing that he would be in trouble, but it would be worth it! Who knew that wouldn’t happen.
His wife started food catering company “Catering by Jody & Decoration”. She went more into decoration than catering. George started G’s CUE BBQ 29 years ago in a tent operation.
G’S CUE marinates overnight, apply southwestern season then slow cook their meat to ensure to bring that amazing SOUTHWESTERN STYLE BBQ FLAVOR
