Diamond Daiquiris was founded because of our owner's memories of walking down Bourbon and Canal Street, enjoying daquiris and sno-balls while watching the Mardis Gras parade. Ever since then, it's been her mission to bring that kind of fun and enjoyment to the residents of Dayton, OH.

Freda's Food Truck Trailer was established in 2018. This is a family owned and operated business. Freda is our head chef. Freda's husband Matt is the Grill-master and sometimes casher. Her sister Carrie sometimes helps with the cooking and sometimes her son Nick will help where ever he is needed. Our mission is to provide great street food at a reasonable price.

 Frios Gourmet Pops is a new mobile dessert option. Veteran-owned, woman-operated & the only Frios Gourmet Pops in Ohio. The nice thing about our gourmet popsicles is they are pre-packaged, no mess, and offer a variety of flavors.  Frios loves being the life of the party, bringing you joy, nostalgia, and happiness. Enas Jerkmania located in Springdale, Ohio, founded in September 2011 and is the brainchild of Ms. Ena’s sons Marlon and Ashford Hayles. This family-owned and operated restaurant utilizes the increasing popular fast casual dining model providing customers with speedy, authentic, Jamaican Jerk cuisine. April 2014 Enas Jerkmania launched Just Jerks Enas Jamaican Grill food truck. Realizing the success of the Just Jerks food truck, the restaurant was converted to a commissary kitchen in September 2014. The Just Jerks food truck currently serves the Cincinnati and Dayton, Ohio market
